As a licensed Physical Therapist, a huge movement enthusiast, and a lifelong curious learner of the body potential, I desperately want to empower people to move better, feel so good and confident in your body, perform at your peak at any stage in your life, and tell you that you do not ever have to settle to live with pain.

I see first hand what the current traditional rehab system has to offer, or more like what it severely lacks. At Steel & Grit Performance Rehab, we understand the significant missing bridge between the rehab clinic and your goals. The one important phase that most neglect that leads to recurring injuries, incomplete return to prior level of function, and the prolonged frustration and defeat for our people.

But, that does not have to be the case. Injuries happen but they and their impacts can be significantly prevented with proper programming, education, and support. Any day, any injury, and any stage in life is an opportunity for growth-we just have to figure out how to do it according to your current situation.
